The Cool Bananas team is highly skilled across a range of interactive art forms, including Face Painting, Body Painting, Balloon Twisting, and spectacular Giant Bubbles. We don’t just entertain — we engage, inspire, and create memorable experiences for guests of all ages.

Maria Mormile.
Cool Bananas Entertainment is led by Maria Mormile, an internationally respected artist, educator, and creative director. Maria is a highly accomplished Bubble Artist, Face & Body Painter, and Balloon Twister, bringing decades of hands-on expertise to every event and workshop.
Maria is also the Founder and Director of the Australian Body Art Awards & Convention (ABAA), a leading platform celebrating excellence in the body art industry.
Quality, efficiency, and professionalism are at the heart of the Cool Bananas ethos.  All team members hold public liability insurance and Blue Card / Working With Children accreditation, ensuring the highest industry standards at every booking.
In 2021, Maria designed and hand-crafted the World’s Largest Bubble Net, a record-breaking creation launched in Coolangatta on 25 September 2021 by Maria and her daughter, Melonie Lloyd. This incredible achievement was officially registered with Guinness World Records, with special thanks to Channel 9 for covering the event.

Education, Workshops & Industry Leadership.
Maria’s face painting designs are entirely original, reflecting her passion for creativity and innovation. She has delivered Bubble Art, Face & Body Painting, and Balloon Twisting workshops across Australia, Europe, and the United States, sharing her expertise with artists worldwide.
Since 2011, Maria has been an instructor and Director of the Australian Body Art Awards & Convention, shaping the next generation of artists and industry professionals.
Her background in education is extensive. Maria holds a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (2006) and has taught adult education subjects within TAFE and private colleges. She has also been an educator at the International Makeup Artists Trade Show (IMATS) Sydney in 2009 and 2010, further cementing her reputation as a respected industry leader
